Legal & General Mortgage Club has created a new service for fast conveyancing providing advisers the chance of a new revenue stream, while offering customers a competitive price for a rapid turnaround.

The service will be available only through representative advisers who have been specifically appointed to the task by L&G.

To provide the quick turnaround L&G will be using a number of companies proven in the sector, including eConveyancer, MyHomeMove and enact/Live, advisers will choose the company that they consider most suitable to each application.

L&G say the service will compliment and broaden the offering the firm makes around the process of housing transaction.
