ABI warns age discrimination laws could increase insurance premiums

The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has hit out against the proposed Equalities bill that includes new age discrimination legislation. They are concerned that should the proposal be passed it will lead to higher premiums and less choice for all consumers.

Property Managers and Insurers ripping off Flat owners

Motorists consider mobile hands-free users a danger

The use of hands-free mobile phones while driving is not illegal, but a recent survey from motor insurers Esure suggests that there is a growing concern from motorists over the distractions caused when using any telephonic device whilst driving.
