UK based insurance broker Heath Lambert have revealed a new product under it’s Homeline Solutions brand, a policy created specifically to address specialist risk often rejected by other insurers.
Homeline Solutions will offer quotes for risks that fall outside general and mainstream categories, for example, subsidence, flood, converted barns, home workers such as Dentists and previous convictions.
Heath Lambert’s business development division director Victor Wild says that the new policy has been created in particular response to the rising claims for subsidence and flood, to meet demands that are currently not being met in the market.
An expert team will handle the unusual claims on a case by case basis.
