Green Insurance, the company that guarantees to offset carbon emissions emitted from policy holders cars, has recently reached the end of it’s second year trading. The unusually environmentally conscious insurance company has already offset 70,000 tonnes of carbon emissions by using part of it’s profits from each policy to plant trees across the UK.
The company already has 30,000 policy holders on it’s books and has now announced ambitious palns to grow it’s customer base by 25% during the next twelve months.
With this goal in mind, Green Insurance have recently launched a car breakdown service and once again the company ensure that the carbon emissions of the rescue truck will be offset. They also have plans to launch a new green home insurance product into the market during next year.
